It was about 9 months for him to officially ask me. But we knew fairly quickly that this was going to be a very long term thing. We were talking about marriage within the first month!
We dated for a year in high school, went our separate ways and stayed that way for 4 years. Got back together in June of 2019, and he proposed September of 2019. 🥰
We talked about it and decided that we would be together for at least 3 years before we took the next steps. And I wanted to be engaged before I turned 24, which happened 😁

I would let it play out. But if you think it’s moving too fast. I would mention to him that you are happy where things are at, and that you would like to take things slow.
We've been together for a total of 6 years but married for 3 it took him 3 years to propose to me. I was on the toilet 💩 when he hand me a taco bell sauce packet that said will you marry me? We got married in 2018 and are renting our vows next year
We were together for going on 7 years when he proposed. We meet in school and he proposed to me on a trip to Iceland after graduation a month ago! We had been talking about it so wasn't a surprise of if but when. Had my suspicions on the trip though!
