@RoseM We already had an offer of a partial refund (70%) but we are hoping the new evidence of the video will give us the option of a total refund.

@Shayna OMG I can't get Wawa in MA! It kills me. During my bachelorette I told them my only requirement was we get Wawa after. We went to the giant Wawa near City Hall and we all got Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese.

We unfortunately couldn't because our DOC literally threw away the cake at the end of the night. We had to contact the baker to make us another "top" for our 1 year anniversary. Our stupid wedding insurance wouldn't cover a new cake because it was accidental damage.
