Hi brides!


What is your pre-wedding beauty routine for your body skin (not facial skin)?

I use a himalayan salt and suger body scrub to get rid of winter dry skin, and use 100% coconut oil as a moisturizer to keep it all soft twice a day as soon as I get out of the shower.

    Wow, same with me, I love coconut oil and sugar scrubbing is the thing I'm doing regularly. Looks like my skin gets better. I also try to drink more water to stay hydrated, it is also good for the skin

    I've been staying hydrated and taking extra vitamins. Using fish oil helps skin and so does folic acid and biotin. That coconut oil is a great way to gently exfoliate and moisturize at the same time.


    I use a salicylic scrub for my back to keep acne away. You can also use a salicylic cleanser or glycolic toner as well, but be careful with glycolic toner if you have darker skin.


    I get dark spots on my thighs so I use witch hazel for that. Witch hazel does wonders for my complexion and can be used on both light and dark skin. And I've also been using a dark spot treatment for my elbows because they are DARK (they have been my whole life). So if anyone has tips for that, I'm open to suggestions! Smiley xd

    My skin is already softer, and some scars on my skin from emergency surgery I had are finally starting to fade.

    My dress is strapless and sweetheart neckline, so whatever it takes for my back and chest to glow will work!

    I've been trying lately to drink more water (at least 2 litres a day!) and I'm seeing some fantastic changes in my own skin! I'm delighted Smiley smile
