Post wedding hair chop!

I'm debating. hardcore. i had a cute shoulder length a-line when i met FH and i always liked it. i wanted long hair for the wedding though so i've been growing it out for over two years. i really like my long hair when i actually do it... but it's so thick and tightly wavy it takes sooo long to do anything to it so i mostly just wear it curly (air dried).

gah. idk. if i do, i plan on donating. but i haven't decided yet... it took me a really long time to grow my hair out. lol.

Me! My hair is getting way longer than I'm normally comfortable with, but I don't want to cut it before the wedding. I may set up an appt for the day we get back from the honeymoon and chop it all off!

I chopped mine off right before my FH proposed. biggest regret, now im hoping it grows out enough before our wedding day. but yes i cant wait to cut it again after our wedding.

I chopped off 12 inches last October to donate. I was so excited to have short hair... For like a week. FH was sooo mad at me. It's starting to grow back, I'm just hoping 16 months is long enough to get my long hair back... Lol

I'm thinking about it but I FH loves it so who knows lol.

I am really debating it, i've been growing it out for about 5 years..its down to my hip bones now. I'm sick of dealing with it though, it's super thin and and gets tangled in about 5 minutes when I wear it down.

I'm afraid I will regret it horribly if I cut it off though. It's to the point that I've had nightmares about cutting it. lol

I'm chopping it off to shoulder length withing a week (hopefully). I love long hair and want it for my wedding but I'm sorry when my hair is long enough to get caught in my armpits I get frustrated! Haha I just keep telling myself it's for the look I want.

ME! I will! (Probably). Lol, I usually grow it out for a few years, then chop it up to a bob, then grow it out really long again. My hair is about at my mid back right now, so I dont think I will make it too far after the wedding before I will want to get rid of all of it.

I already told my hair dresser I would be in on April 26th to have it all lopped off.

I am so excited for my haircut. I normally have my hair in a long bob and I really love it there. Just long enough to tie back but doesn't get in the way all the time. I am growing my hair out for the wedding and it will likely be a couple weeks after I go in for that trim.

I CAN'T WAIT! I'm so over this long hair lol, it's never been this long! I plan to curl it though and I love the look of long curls, so I have to deal with it til then. FIVE MORE MONTHS!

I donated 8 inches a little over 2 weeks ago. My hair touches the top of my shoulders now. I wanted to leave it longer for the wedding but was sick and tired of taking care of it. My hair grows quickly so I should have another 3 inches or so grow in before September rolls around. I contemplated doing a half up-half down style, but when my long hair is left down I mess with it too much so I knew I didn't want that on my wedding day. So I chopped it PRE-wedding instead.

I have been wanting mine off since before we got engaged, but then decided I need it for the wedding. I haven't done a major chop in 8 years and for some reason I am super emotionally attached to my hair. Now it's just too hard to manage and I always wear it up because I can't deal with it, so what's the point in having it? I was really digging the long bob that was popular like a year ago, but is it still a thing? Too played out now?

I was just thinking about this the other night. i had chin length hair when FH and I met and he likes it short. I started growing it out about a year or so ago (before we got engaged). I think I will be cutting it off after the honeymoon just for something new and easier to take care of. I wanted it somewhat long for the wedding so I can curl it and wear it up.

Me! I went through a period where I bleached my hair blonde, so the bottom half of my hair just isn't healthy. I need the length for the wedding, but can't wait to start fresh afterwards.
