I also wore a Sophia Tolli. My dress is a size 16. If you find the right dress, you will look fabulous!

so I just hid the other one...cuz they were the same

Awww I deleted the pic of me in my dress when I went to try them on. I pick mine up next week and will be sure to post a pic. I ordered a size 18, but have lost 30 pounds in addition to the 20 I'd already lost. So I'm sure it'll be too big. But even after losing weight I will be a plus size bride and I'm okay with it. You ladies all looks awesome in your dresses!

Here is mine - It was a size 22 from DB. I felt beautiful in it Smiley smile

I am sure you will look great on your day. Honestly, there was so much going on that day that I didn't even have a moment to think of whether I looked too big in my dress. I knew I loved it, and DH loved it, and that's all that mattered.

PS: The first pic, IMO is the one I looked the biggest in. I still think I looked good Smiley smile

Right now I'm close to a 12/14. I think my dress really flatters my shape, I feel amazing in it and I can't wait to wear it on the big day!

Hey, just because you aren't plus size doesn't mean we aren't real. Smiley sad

I'm sorry. I'm all for loving your size. i just really hate when people say plus size woman are "real woman" I'm real too.

@Shellie, I think she meant "real" as in ourselves/actual women/real brides, not models in dresses. Smiley smile

I can totally understand how you feel I'm a size 10 currently but always go up & down in weight. I went dress shopping for the first time a couple weeks ago just to see what style fits me and what I like and it was a good fun experience but in the back of my head I thought eww look at my muffin top, I'm not gonna be a beautiful bride but I know now no matter what size you are, you are beautiful! it's not just about the outside it's how you feel on the inside too cause if you feel good you'll have confidence to look good on the outside. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, I'm sure your FH will think your the most beautiful bride he's ever seen when you come down that isle.

Maggie's dresses are beautiful, I myself am gonna get one and in her dresses you'll always be a beautiful bride... cheer up! your pretty and your gonna look great no matter what.

Katie- I know, and I don't want to cause drama. If you just want to see plus size girls that is all good and fine, but you can also see real brides in their dresses that aren't plus size. And we aren't any less real.

@ Shellie...So post real brides that aren't plus sized. It's not the size that makes you real, its being a REAL bride, not a model.

My sister is an 18 and was really worried about being able to try on dresses let alone find anything she liked. We went shopping last weekend and was STUNNED by how many dresses she looked beautiful in (no surprise to me or her MOH Smiley winking). Now she is having a hard time deciding which dress to go with! Just remember you are beautiful and you will find your dream dress!
