peacock theme : wedding cakes and cupcakes photos

I had a peacock theme. The swirl pattern reflected the stationary, though.

I wanted to go a little more subtle, so my cake will be similar to this. It'll be buttercream so the feathers will be piped on. There will be a navy ribbon on the bottom of each tier.

BTW, your STD post doesn't allow comments. You may want to repost if you need answers! Though, speaking from experience as a peacock bride, you may want to be careful that you don't go overboard. I didn't put anything peacocky on my STD, just used the colors. I'm saving it for my invites!

I'm also doing a peacock theme but based on greek mythology where the goddess hera is represented by a peacock. I'm using three colors (turquoise, azure, and purple) and have brought shoes that have a peacock feather on them. my headpiece will be a flower with some peacock feathers and my cake features two peacock toppers and some flowers. The venue we're having it at even offers us an ice sculpture of peacocks. I'm still going through the decor, such as flowers, but it'll be pretty and so will yours!!
