Over or Under: 30 Minute Ceremony?

I have absolutely no idea yet. We haven't discussed it with our officiant yet, which is when I assume we will find out. Hoping its not more than 30 minutes and expecting it to be under.

Under, probably about 15 minutes. We're not religious, we have no traditions we'd like to follow, so basically we're just gonna find some nice words, say all the legally required stuff, kiss, and then party. 😂

I think ours is in the 30min range as well. But now I’m curious and I’ll have to email the wedding planner and make sure haha!

Under or right around 30 minutes total. That's been top of mind this whole time for me. I've been to some insanely long weddings and I know how uncomfortable I get sitting there, I can't imagine standing up there for that long.

Under WAY under! 10-15 tops! We are having a 7pm ceremony and I was worried about it starting to get dark (gets dark around 8:15 or so) and thats why we chose to keep things as short and sweet as possible!

Not sure. Its a Catholic wedding w/o mass, so probably 30ish minutes if not a bit more.

Definitely over... My wedding ceremony will be a wedding mass, so by definition a mass is at least an hour and the ceremony will be incorporated after the gospel/homily and before communion. I’m hoping it will be like an hour and 15 minutes, but my guests are fully aware that they’re attending a Catholic Mass, so they’re prepared.

SAME.... I don't want no long drawn out ceremony.. I just want something that is intimidate and memorable... The rest can be for partying with my husband (of yeah and our friends and family that came)
