Ok to wear wedding bands before actual wedding?

Our wedding is in August.
We already bought both our bands. I plan to send mine off just before the wedding to have it saudered (Which could take like 2 weeks)
I’m trying to work out the timing so that I’ll get my rings back just before the wedding but also trying not To cut it too close in case it’s longer than 2 weeks. If I do get it back earlier is it ok to still wear the ring with my band or best not to wear the rings till the wedding? I feel like I shouldn’t wear my band until after the wedding but FH doesn’t think it’s a big deal. I also don’t want to know wear it if I have it! Help!!??

I don't see why it matters, if you and your FH are cool with it, then wear them! And I would send your rings off like tomorrow, just to give you peace of mind and you won't have to stress it later.

I'm not having mine saudered until after the wedding cuz I think it's wired. But thats up to u.

Honestly, it depends on how you feel about it. Some people are super traditional and symbolic and superstitious, and if that's not you, then wear it! You do you I would love to wear mine but I'll never hear the end of it from all the parents.

You can totally wear it! A lot of people do. I’m not even getting a separate wedding band, just using the e-ring, so I’m sorta already wearing it too!

It's completely up to you. The traditional thing is to wear it after, but nothing harmful will happen if you choose to wear it before. Maybe someone would see it and ask if you are married, but that's about it.

I had my wedding band sautered to my engagement ring and I'm wearing them now. Why not? But it is your decision.

I wanted to wear mine because I was in love at how it turned out (wedding band was custom to fit my e-ring prefectly) but FH and his aunt forbid me, saying it was bad luck.
