I'm a November bride but I will be having my bachelorette party the last weekend in September that way I have all of October to focus on last minute wedding things. My best friend lives in SC so I will be flying there and she has the whole weekend planned out for us.

Our wedding is on October 19 and my bachelorette party was Memorial Day weekend. Both events are “destinations” for various guests so I wanted to give enough time to travel and plan for both!
Mine is a little bit different... My wedding is October 21 (Monday) but it's a destination wedding. A lot of my closest girlfriends won't be around in august, which is when I ideally wanted it, but since everyone's traveling we're doing it a couple days before the wedding (2-3 days before) at the destination (Charleston). It's when I can have the most people there. We also live all over the US lol. Girl boss problems 🙄 I decided that getting blackout drunk, though while fun and what I always thought it would be (haha) , was not as important as having my closest friends there.
I'm getting married October 12th and my bachelorette weekend is this Friday through Sunday. We are just going to a lake house because I wanted to have something low-cost and low-stress for my friends. I also wanted to make sure I wasn't having folks pay for back-to-back flights so having it earlier in the summer made the most sense to me.
I’m an out of town bride, so we’re doing it the week of my wedding! Crazy, I know, but I’m already flying out a million times for dress fittings and other wedding appointments, so it was the only time that worked.
Originally we were going to do it in mid June/this weekend but we changed it to 2 weeks before our wedding because we couldn’t remember/understand why we made it a few months in advance. Anyways so it works better because they want to save for gifts and the bachelorette weekend.
Not an October bride but maybe I can still give you my insight? My wedding was this past March and I had bachelorette party in January exactly 2 months before wedding and bridal shower exactly a month. I mention this because it takes time from prep from one event to the next so you have to give yourself enough time to avoid stress. For you it would be August or September but this depends if you’re having a bridal shower and where do you plan on having the bachelorette party. August is a really hot month so you can keep that in mind. Good luck!
Hi! I had mine over Memorial Day weekend. My wedding is October 19th but my MOH is trying to get pregnant and wanted to be able to party. I didn’t mind the early party because we went to Florida and rented a beach house. Had a blast! I also invited my mom and a friend who isn’t part of the wedding party.
