I suppose in comparison to other brides, I’m doing mine way early. Since we’re going to Vegas, we’re going in April to avoid the desert heat. I’m going exactly 6 months before my wedding, getting married October 10th and Bach party is on April 10th!
Wedding is 10/12 but having a bachelorette party is just not in the plans. At this point I will be excited if we can do a rehearsal dinner. My girls are my sister (who lives in another state) and the 2 girls I work with. They are currently trying to get the 11th off as well so that they aren't exhausted for the wedding. We work nights and coordinating things has been a bit of a fiasco.
Yeah I've heard Vegas can do that to you but can be loads of fun as well. We were originally doing a beach wedding, but because of guest might not being able to travel, we are keeping it local.
Wedding is on Oct 26th and the bach party is Sept 13-15. This was chosen based on school (one bridesmaid is in a nursing program) and nurse work schedules (apparently schedules through August were already set). Going low-key and renting a house in Cape May, NJ for some beach, spa, and vineyard time
I see you are a 2020 bride, looks like we are date twins because we are set for October 10th as well. Makes lots of sense to visit Vegas early. It can very hot!
Wedding is 10/12, bachelorette is Labor Day weekend (Aug 30-Sept2). We are going to the Yadkin Valley area of NC (outside of Winstom Salem) because there is a TON of wineries. But that is all I know.
Lol I dont think time matters though. Whatever works best for you is the best time! Whether thats a month before or a year. Who care about the traditional timeline as long as you're having a fun time that works out.
