I'm getting married Oct. 4th and my bachelorette is August 24th. Bridal shower is July 13th. These days I feel like you can have these events whenever you want since everyone is so busy we had to say "screw what tradition is" and just do what worked for us
My fiancé and I had our bachelorette party together. Us and fifteen other people went to float the river over memorial weekend. We are getting married October 26th, but memorial weekend is a long weekend for everyone so we chose to have it early.
Not an October bride, but I am having my bachelorette and bridal shower a few weeks before the wedding (wedding on July 20 and both bachelorette and bridal shower are this coming weekend). I have no idea what we're doing because it's a surprise.
I'm not going to be able to have a "real" bach party, but that's ok. Unfortunately, most of my bridal party is out of town, out of state, or out of the country. The only week we'll be together is like...2 days before the Saturday wedding. So if I can get work off on Friday, then I'm hoping we can just have a chill, fun sleepover night. Won't be able to do too much as my younger sisters are bridesmaids (all 3 of them) and none are old enough to drink.
We’re having it on the last weekend of August! Since we’re already having a destination wedding we wanted to stay somewhat local. I live in Florida so I will be going to Orlando (I live in St. Pete).
My wedding is October 26th and my bachelorette party will be the weekend of August 23rd

I want axe throwing, I'm getting married **** and we're thinking maybe late August because some of our friends are still finishing college. I think up to three months before is normal.
