So our wedding is planned for October 24, 2020, we have 80 guests in attendance, but with COVID19 changing everyone’s plans we don’t know where we fall. We know that couples with weddings in April May and June right now are being advised to postpone. But with our wedding in October, we are a little unsure of when we should start planning to postpone.
We’ve already talked about some things, but I think that it would really help me particularly if I had a date in mind that if the pandemic wasn’t under control by this date, then that means that we postpone. By setting a date to say yes we will or no we don’t have to, this would ease my anxiety a little. I know that there’s no way of knowing how bad it will be at that time, but at least I might be able to get some expert advice on how close we can get to our original date like this, before we need to say “not going to happen, we need to postpone.”
Please only knowledgeable advice for this question. Sometimes when personal opinion gets involved it can make questions like these even more stressful, so please be conscientious in your response. No Catastrophizing or underplaying. Thank you so so much and best wishes to all the couples out there going through the replanting/waiting phase of this whole thing. Stay strong.
