Tarrytown House Estate. We are only having about 50, but they can accommodate more. I felt it was very reasonably priced for everything you get, and was significantly less than other venues on our short list.

I went to a wedding this year in April in New York/Long Island called the Sand Castle. Holy moly I was blown away! I'm sorry, I don't know how much it cost but the bride told me that a lot was included in the price so it was easier to plan.

    Define budget friendly?

Because honestly nothing here is budget friendly for 100 guests.

Budget friendly is taking your mom's and dad's and sisters/brothers to a park- getting married by an officient/JOP and then taking them to your favorite steak joint.

Any place that caters is going to be around 100$/person then booze. Then venue rental.

I was at the James Ward in Westfield- about 100$/person- all bills included it was close to 173$/person if you included venue etc on that.

Eastwood Manor in Bronx, NY for 100 people. I wouldn't call it budget friendly but I got a lot of bang for my buck.

We looked at Glen Island, but it was more money than we wanted to spend since we have a lot of guests! Your pictures will be beautiful and your food will be amazing!

Perona is amazing; we're there all the time and the food is amazing.

Thursdays are the new Saturday. The savings are unreal.

Budget friendly is in the eye of the beholder. For a nice venue in NJ, you're looking to start at 87.00 plus tax and service, unless you are okay with butter pats, frozen hors d'oeuvres and marginal service. (I'm sorry, I was in the catering biz; I see a paper doily or a butter pat and I go nuts......)

    For reasonable;

    Ballyowen

    The Westwood at Garwood

    Zeris

    The Tides at selected times

    Sterling Ballroom in Tinton Falls

    Perona

Rock Island Lake Club on Thursday

Ours will be $126 per person at the Bridgeview Yacht Club in Island Park (Long Beach area)... Friday night, August, all inclusive. It comes with the usual stuff (6 hour premium open bar, wedding cake, valet, linens, place cards, etc.. and what seems like thousands of food options) and it's right on the water. I don't know that I'd call it "budget-friendly," it's quite expensive in total, but it's certainly a lot of bang for our buck.
