NWR: What are you PASSIONATE about?

I'm passionate about animals. If there is an animal in the vicinity you know where to find me.

I guess I'd have to say cooking and gardening for me!

Hiking, it's my go to stress reliever and adopting animals. Huge advocate for adopt don't shop

Just want to say that I thought this was a fetish thread when I first started reading. LOL

"What's your passion? Outside of your DH/DW/FH/FW (obviously we're passionate about them!), what really turns you on? What makes you tick?"

I was in grad school for a few years and I studied medieval Germanic languages focusing on language interaction in the mid-late viking age. I got super burned out and dropped out of grad school but lately I've started thinking about it again. Not ready to dive head first into studying again but I'm surprised at how much I still like it.

I also love trail running. I'd rather chew my own foot off than run on a road/pavement but put me in the woods and I'm a happy camper.

I'm passionate about God, dance, food, kids and English! I could literally read and dance to music all day! I try to cook one new elaborate meal a week. Hopefully once I finish with my teaching degree, I'll take a job at an inner city school and show them that no matter where you come from, you are intelligent and you can become anything!

I'm passionate about the world and what makes it tick, specifically the intricacies of how states relate to one another and the events that tip the balance. I've been lucky enough to get to travel to study all aspects of international relations and I love it!!!!

ETA: serious nerd alert!

It sounds corny, but I'm passionate about creating weddings for people who don't necessarily resonate with a church or temple situation. I want their weddings to be as inspiring, funny, articulate, memorable and tear producing as any more 'traditional" wedding might be. I want the process to be fun and interesting, the results to be singular, and I want to make their moms cry.

And rescue, especially older dogs.

College football! Forget wedding countdown, college football starts in 8 days!!!! Gawd, I can't wait!!!!

Saving all the animals!

I started volunteering at 15 at our SPCA in Dallas. My proudest moment was managing to shut down a pet store due to all the health code violations and animal neglect that was going on there. I documented and had all the pictures and video to back up the case. One less shitty puppy mill style store in the world!

I'm a theatre nerd, I did it all through high school and college and I miss every moment of it. I've been keeping my eye on community theatres to start participating in when the wedding is over!

And then there's Cardinals baseball...

My pets, for sure. Social justice, equity, and advocacy for those who can't advocate for themselves.

Animals, LGBT rights, psychology (I'm going for my doctorate in psychology), helping to teach and spend time with special needs individuals (special education was my previous major but I changed it because psychology speaks to me more and provides more money), and babies! I'm a nanny and I love children. I'm only 19, and most people say I'm too young to even get married, but I'm extremely mature and we all choose different paths in life. I'm so excited to get married and start a family one day. Unfortunately due to the intensity of grad school, I'll most likely have to wait until I'm 26 when I graduate with a PsyD

I'm super passionate about animal rescues too. If I could adopt ALL the dogs, I would. I really want to start volunteering at one of the shelters here in town. The one that was closest to me had odd hours, but there's one close to where we're moving to, so I'll have to see about volunteer opportunities there.

God, children and fishing. I'm a tournament angler in my spare time. I've been in the competition world for two years and love it! Attached is my little one
