    That sounds really good!!!

I rarely use recipes, but I do have one for an Asian slaw and a lentil salad that I follow for the dressings.

We love to cook but rarely follow recipes to a "T". But FH request this every time we have pork. http://www.plainchicken.com/2012/09/bourbon-basted-pork-chops.html?m=1

I creeped a little and just wanted to share I am also in Denver. Not getting married here but it would have been my first choice Smiley smile

Anyway, I like to put my own spin on recipes I come across on Pinterest or in cookbooks. Some favorites in our house are Salmon sandwiches with paprika rub and lemon dijon mayo, shrimp risotto, and well, we have a whole list! Last night was beef and veggie stew with homemade dinner rolls...perfect for a snowy evening. OP your recipe sounds amazing, will have to give it a shot some time!

    Shrimp Meuniere. All. The. Way.

I take shrimp that has been peeled and deveined. I melt a stick of butter and juice from one lemon in a pan. I dip the shrimp in flour then in egg then again in flour and pan fry them In the Lemon Butter. Yummy!!!

(My mouth was watering while I typed that out...)

Most of mine are more like "guidelines" and suggestions...but I'm totally adding this thread to my Watch List so if anyone HAS the recipe or a link to it, that would be greatly appreciated! I need some new dinner ideas!

Not my FAVORITE, but it is delish!

Sprinkle Taco seasoning on chicken breast, pour a cup of salsa over the chicken and back for about 40 minutes or so. Pull the chicken out, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and put back in the oven until the cheese is gooey and bubbly! Add some sour cream for garnish (and I serve with brown rice and broccoli)....YUM! Making it for dinner tonight!

Chicken Big Mamou. I could eat this everyday if my waist line would allow it.

I know not everyone loves brussels sprouts, but they are amazing in this dish. Plus it's quick and easy. It also heats up really well so if you make a bigger batch you have a good semi healthy lunch that's yummy as well.

I can’t find the recipe online, but I have it memorized I have made it so much!

    It’s called Green Chili Chicken.

    Ingredients:

    Chicken Breasts

    1-2 Limes

    Canned Whole Green Chiles

Shredded Cheese of your choice (I use Mexican blend, my mom likes mozzarella)

Seasoning of your choice (I have used fajita, taco, Cajun, blackened – they are all good!)

    Directions:

Put the chicken in a casserole dish and squeeze the lime juice over. Season the chicken with your favorite seasoning. Open the green chili so that it will lay flat & put one on each piece of chicken. Depending on the size of your chicken, you may need 2 on each. Cover with foil and bake about 30-45 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Top with your favorite cheese.

And the best coleslaw EVER. We eat it on fish tacos like it's going out of style.
