November Wedding at the Beach?

Is a November wedding the first weekend of the month in Murells Inlet, SC (beach) a good idea? Ceremony would be oceanside and reception would be in the pool area of the home. I'm choosing this date because from April to Oct 31st you have to rent a week long rental. I want to save money and not have to do this.

We just had our wedding on the beach in Norfolk, VA and it was actually quite warm so you have a chance but weather is always changing. I would make sure there is an indoor option at your venue too.

Have you checked out what the weather is like historically in Murells Inlet, SC around that time of year? As Ivy advised, if there is a chance of adverse weather, having an indoor plan B at your venue would be a great idea.
