Are you mailing these separately? I feel like it comes across like you're yelling at your guests. How about:

Please be advised that the ceremony location has been changed.

Please join us at Verdi's of Westbury promptly at ten thirty in the morning to witness as we exchange marriage vows (or something along those lines…)

Reception immediately following the ceremony.

I think instead of "ceremony relocated", maybe "new ceremony location" flows better? or "Our ceremony location has changed!". The rest sounds great. I would send in an e-mail/facebook message too just to make sure everyone sees it.
