Need help with wording a sign

This is what we are doing instead of a guestbook. I would like to have a sign asking the guests to sign a leaf, however, I am not very good with words. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas.

Is this one of the ones from Peachwik? We got one and Peachwik sends a little 4x6 sign that says something like "Please leaf your name on our guest book" or something along those lines. I forget the exact wording, but remember there was a leaf pun. We just put it in a picture frame and didn't worry about making our own instructional sign.

I love the Peachwik guest book alternatives! It looks great...we will do one ourself. Sorry I don't have a recommendation for the word age for the signs haha just wanted to say I love it!
