Need help with sign design.

I am currently working on painting the signs for my ceremony. So far I have gotten the Welcome sign that will sit outside the venue so people know they are in the right place. But I'm stuck on the Unplugged sign which will be just inside the church. My theme is Halloween/gothic (think old apothecary window display for the decor style). I don't know what to put design wise above and below the taped off areas.
