Need help with Hobby Lobby templates for place cards please!

I purchased place cards from Hobby Lobby and have tried to use their template but it keeps asking for a windows product key. I enter it in and it says its invalid. If I don't enter in the product key it locks the template and I can't type anything on it..Anyone else have this issue or know what to do? Thanks so much!!!

The product key should be somewhere on the template box or in the instructions. Where did you get the product key you've been entering from? If the one off the box isn't working for you then I'd return the product to hobby lobby and get a different one.

The product key is for the Windows office. I don't know why it's asking for one. The template is locked now and I can't use it. Thanks though! :0)
