need bridesmaid advice

So I am getting married in April, I have 7 bridesmaids. I found the perfect bridesmaid dresses on an online website for a very affordable price. I sent all my bridesmaids the link 2 months ago and told them to get it as soon as they can. I reminded them again a month ago. Everyone has their dresses except for 2 of them, one being my best friend and maid of honor. I looked today and the dresses are completely sold out. One girl ordered hers on Poshmark so I looked there and still couldn’t find them. I’m very stressed and extremely annoyed with the 2 girls. Any advice on what to do if I can’t find their dresses?

    Could they have the dress made by someone local? Try ebay, and even China marketplaces that have REALLY good reviews.

    You could try contacting the company to see if they plan on restocking that style. If not, the MOH could wear a different dress. That would not be unusual. For the other girl... she could find something super similar or she could just not be in the wedding anymore.

    I’d be very wary of knock off websites. Keep scouring Poshmark. Also ISO posts work pretty well on Poshmark. What is the designer, style number and color you are looking for?

    I hate to be *that* former bridesmaid, but 8 months is far out to buy unless it's high end or custom made. Even then.. I could be pregnant by then. Or bigger. Haha. Maybe explain they're sold out now and advise them to be on the lookout on poshmark and eBay while you do the same.
