Need a venue in Southern California!

Please help! I am supposed to get married in March 2020 and I am in desperate need a venue. I have about 250 guests (which I have already cut down from a list of 400) and I am willing at this point to go down to 200. I am looking for a nice BUT affordable wedding venue in So Cal for March. Ideally I would prefer to bring in my own caterer as I am Kosher. Venues especially hotels are just so expensive and their numbers don't make sense. I am on a budget and willing to do a lot of things as DIY, but these hotels and some of these venues have exclusive caterers and you must work with them. Are any of you getting married anywhere in the Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, or San Diego areas at an affordable wedding venue. Because it is in March, I would prefer an indoor venue (unless it's in the desert). I would ideally like to have the Chuppah/ceremony outdoors. Any assistance is very much appreciated. Thank you
