Need a generic contract template

Op, two of my vendors did not have their own contracts and they had been in business for years, so I googled (insert type) basic contract and personalized it. I emailed it to them to see if they agreed and they agreed. Include the price, dates of payments. Each time I sent a check I included a copy of the said contract as the receipt. Doing it that way helped us stay on schedule. My email is ***********@*****.*** I'd be happy to forward to you the contracts I put together and I'm no lawyer. I just don't post personal items here.

She didn’t have a contract for her clients just yet, but I wanted to make sure there was at least some kind of documentation.
