Hi Ladies and Gents,

Since I've been married for nearly two years now, I've lurked here a ton, but have not posted. I had an stupid argument with my husband today, and I knew I could count on this board for unfiltered advice. Please tell me if I'm being crazy, as I know I can be.

A few weeks ago, I walked into the shower and my toes squished on a bogger. I cringe now just typing that. When my husband got home, I told him what had happened, and he was offended that I assumed it was his and not mine (although I can hear him aggressively blow his nose in the shower a few times each morning...which is mostly fine.)

A few days later, I found another. I took a picture and sent it to him with a silly frowny face emoji, proving to him that this was after his shower and before mine.

When this happened AGAIN, I asked him if he could use the handheld shower head to rinse out the shower when he gets out. He agreed and said he would start putting his contacts in so he could see (cont.)

Omg. I just threw up in my mouth. My brain can't stop imagining boogers now. This is not normal or acceptable. He needs to use a tissue.

God that's gross. Honestly, it seems disrespectful to keep doing it against your wishes.

This is disgusting, and FH blows his nose in the shower to and it grosses me out, but he cleans up after himself.

Our shower floor has a texture to it, so they've been getting stuck. This didn't happen in our old houses, where we had the standard bathtub (with the smooth floor angled toward the drain.)

He has not (yet) been showering at the gym to take advantage of complaint-free nose blowing. He just went to the gym twice this week before work, and therefor didn't need to shower at home.

Let the shower run for a minute before jumping in.

    Chose your battles wisely.

This could be way worse and isn't worth an argument .

How big are his boogers that you can feel them when you step on it? Oh this just grosses me out! I think I would have the same reaction as you. I think he's over reacting by using the shower at the gym because he feels ashamed. Why would he go to such an extreme? He wouldn't feel that way if he blew his nose into a tissue before and/or after his shower.

Hahaha! I'm laughing through this. Yes that's awful and he should make sure his snot rockets are going down the drain, if he can't handle that stop the rockets. Don't fight over it though, its not worth it.

**Maybe you should snot rocket in the floor yourself and let him step in it. Battle snots.

Tell him to aim for the drain! And then ask him to clean the drain when gets clogged up with his boogers.

    Nasty.
