Mother and Son Songs Help! Sorry so long!

My husband and his mom danced to the same song as me and my stepdad-at the same time (Have a Little Faith in me by Joe Cocker). I danced to Blessed by Elton John with my bio dad. We also considered God only Knows by the Beach Boys. I also love Blackbird by the Beatles. Also Here for you by Neil Young, True Colors by Eva Cassidy or The Wonder of You by Elvis Presley...

What about “ In my life” or “ Amazing Grace”......Or you can choose “ Sweet child o mine” ….....These songs are not so emotional but perfect for the mother-son dance.......

We did four songs for family. My HUSBAND and I danced to God Bless the Broken Road by Rascall Flatts. I also danced with my father to Have I Told You Lately by Rod Stewart. I danced with my 10 year old son to Natural Woman by Anita Franklin and my husband danced with his daughter to In my daughter's eyes by Martina McBride. The last song/ dance had my sister, Mom, and I along with my husband in tears.

Thanks everyone for suggestions He is having a pretty hard time, his mom is upset he is even dancing with his step mom but he thinks he should, so thats why I wanted to see your opinions to help him out!

You could just do something totally off the wall and fun like Rock Lobster or the Time Warp from Rocky Horror Pic Show - something that has everyone laughing instead of analyzing the emotional value of the dance

MY FH and his mom is dancing to, Return to sender, by Elvis Prestley, its kind of a joke, but they love it. (She told me I can't return him lol) Good Luck finding a song and you could always ask your DJ If your having one!
