We are doing a small 30 person one in Riverside next month. Our whole thing venue cake outfits photographer will all be about 2500

Our photographer was only 300$ because the whole event will only be about 3 hours he is charging us his engagement photo shoot price. Our cakes and cupcakes cost $150 we went with a local gal who bakes out of her house, much cheaper than a bakery. Our venue was 1500 which included chairs and tables and all that. We got our venue for cheaper because we postponed our large wedding with them for next year this so this was an add on price. Our flowers were 100$ also from a local person who does it from their house also in Riverside.

With covid so many things changed for us. we found an airbnb that was big enough for our two immediate families to stay and have a weekend wedding (rehearsal -Friday and ceremony/dinner /dancing -saturday) so really its like a family trip. but our officiant will show up to marry us and i am still having hair and makeup, photographer, cake, etc. Far from conventional but now i couldn't be more excited because its really about our marriage and two families becoming one rather than throwing an epic wedding.
