So I have a wedding planner and we was talking today about what goes on in this meet and greet/engagement party! We doing both at the same time. Do anyone have any samples of theirs just to be curious how it's made?

Party of 20? That's nuts. OP, the bottom line is this all sounds like a terrible idea and you shouldn't ask your friends to do anything but show up in a dress of your choosing. Be kind to your friends.

And once again, MNA hits the nail on the head.

You are hosting your engagement party if you're paying your planner/friendor. That's a tacky idea. You only have a party if someone offers (without being promoted!) to throw it for you.

Why push people together who have nothing in common just so they can walk down the aisle with someone they met before? Who cares? It's awkward

And this is exactly why most girls don't want to be in any kind of Bridal party. This makes no sense to me at all. Duties, financial responsibilities and lists?! I'd be running for the hills.
