Mask designs! What are you having?

Michelle, on July 7, 2020 at 8:37 AM Posted in Style and Décor 1 29
I’m coming to terms with masks being likely required for my wedding in October, even if not, I want to provide masks for guests!

I’m buying black reusable cloth masks as part of their favor. I was going to add a cute sticker design, I’m not sure what I want it to say yet. I figure it would be nice in photos but they wouldn’t be stuck with a mask with our names on it! Lol

I went online and googled logo creator - and had one made with our initials and date.

Where did you buy them from? I’m trying to do the same but I don’t want to spend a fortune on masks!

Will the sticker last for hours on a piece of fabric? You might want to test it out first and see if it looks right and if it sticks. I know that when I wear my fabric mask while talking, it causes the mask to become a little damp. So I don’t know if the stickers would stay put or end up on the ground (which you don’t want). But Etsy has a number of custom printed masks for sale. Also, you can use a quote that isn’t specific to your wedding. Prior to postponing, I was looking into custom printed masks and planned to use the quote “only spreading love”. That way your guests don’t get stuck with a monogram that’s no longer useful after the wedding.

That's a nice idea! If the sticker is something that will come off when they wash it, it's fine for it to have your names/initials/date on it. Otherwise, would you think about having a small design added to them instead of words? Something that was part of your invitation suite could be nice and still be rewearable.

My sister found some cloth masks on Amazon, $40 for 50 pack, $54 for 100 pack. White or black options.

It’s too expensive for customized ones. I’m only thinking do the stickers more as a photo-op rather if they want to do a selfie lol

Maybe the sticker could say something like “love wins” with your date on it or initials or something of that sort

I didn’t personalize masks, I thought it would look “funny” to have words on guest’s faces lol

But if you want a sense of humor it could be pretty funny to integrate “sayings” regarding COVID, Love, etc.

I did get labels for personal hand sanitizers that say “Spread Love, Not Germs” LOL

I found a great etsy seller that makes those paper 1 use masks that will put words on for you with a monogram machine that look great, I'm going to order them for our wedding for our guests! They have multiple color options too!

I agree and thought the same. Large font in fromt seems a little busy. But I like the masks I’ve seen where the print is small and only on the side.

I really like the one-time use ones that Annika posted. they can be personalized. I think you offering to do mask period is such a smart and great idea.

Hi Annika, would you be able to list the seller’s name? I can’t find on Etsy and these are perfect for my August 8th wedding.
