Making your own wedding accessories

The only places I can think of that would have things like that would either be ebay or etsy. Can you show a picture of the kind of hat you mean? I can't quite picture a white pirate hat.

Aha. The best term to search for that is going to be a tricorn hat. You should be able to get one at a party supply store or maybe even a craft or millinery store.

They do have some plain ones on etsy, but it depends how much you are looking at spending.

So I make my own pirate hats for the Renaissance faire. What I do is buy a cheap floppy brim hat off amazon. Then you use fabric stiffener (it comes in a spritz bottle found at any craft store) on the brim until it is stiff. Then you can pin it up to however you want. Either tricorn style or two sided or just one side up. Then you decorate it however you want!
