Maine honeymoon??

Our international honeymoon was cancelled so we are planning something in the US for our September honeymoon. Found a cute place to stay near the Bar Harbor area and just wanted some tips on things to do, how to make it romantic?
We will have a car and will be there 5 nights so some travel is fine for us.

Mount Desert Island is one of my favorite places in the world so it's all romantic to me. ♥️ Go out for lobster one night if you like seafood. There are also whale watching tours! And of course you can't be near Acadia National Park without hiking. Go to the Seawall, walk around downtown Bar Harbor and get some ice cream. ♥️ I also personally love downtown Southwest Harbor too. Echo Lake is a fun as well -- it gives you more of a beach feel than the coastline.

Oh thinking about it makes me wish I could go back! 😭 You're going to have so much fun.

Hi Amber! I've never been to Bar Harbor, but I've gone to two weddings in Portland and loved it there. September should be gorgeous!
