MAC makeup artist for your wedding

Don't. They're generally not licensed and therefore are inexperienced with makeups that can cause flashback, which will wash you out in professional photos.

Hire a real, licensed MUA, not a cosmetic counter girl.

Actually MAC artists have to be accredited MUAs to work in the stores and counters and many of them have extensive portfolios. I've been in several weddings where the bride has hired them. It really depends what you want for your overall look. Ask to go through their portfolio do a trial and see what you like. The artists that did our makeup for the weddings I was in came to us.

MAC makeup artists do have to be licensed & I personally love their makeup! I didn't go to them for my wedding but did for previous occasions and they were wonderful. Although, you do have to go to them. ETA - atleast I did anyways.

Most Mac artist freelance on the side for extra income and will come to you!

MNA, Sephora is the one who doesn't require licensed MUA.
