Luxuryutensils.com: Anyone used them before?

Hey! I came across them as well and filled out the contact information to get a quote. They've been very responsive via email and I haven't tried calling yet. It did seem fishy that they requested me pay first with no rental agreement or contract for me to review first. I'm waiting on a response to that before handing over any money!

I got the sample in the mail not even two days after I ordered, so that was a positive sign. I haven’t yet put in the full order but I will soon!

I sent an email in for more info and they responded back with an invoice and what seemed to be pressure sales tactics (i.e. this price will only last a week) which I’m not a fan of. BUT, like mentioned above, they sent me a sample within 2 days of asking so that was definitely reassuring, and honestly the price is unbeatable so I really want this to work out!

I was just checking it out it's kind weird that they offer utensils, officiants and photography but let's keep each other updated bc I'm super interested!!

I too came across this amazing seeming offer this week and am skeptical as well. But like Jenn I also received samples from them within one day of requesting. I almost feel like it's worth placing my order and just hoping for the best. But it definitely seems too good to be true! I am going to ask the person I have been emailing
for maybe a photo of all the utensils to make sure they have enough? Lol Or a phone call to get my doubts reassured. I will keep you posted!

Also Jen, my wedding is 5 months ahead of yours so if I order I'll let you know how it works out!!

Everything seems to be legit ladies! I called and talked to her. They also sent me more pictures from weddings and an agreement to read through before paying the deposit. I'm really excited to get them now after seeing those photos you posted since we're going with Chateau as well

Yes they were wonderful! Very heavy!! I could not lift the boxes. I rented the gold for my daughters October wedding. Great communication and easy directions to ship back. Washing all of them was not fun & the knives are sharp! But worth it for they made the table & everyone talked about them!

I used Them in October for my wedding and couldn’t have been happier! I saw they had gold steak knives which was the icing on the cake ... how can you get gold flatware and ruin the look with the venues generic black and silver steak knives!? Everything was perfect and I got so many compliments. I got the Shiny Gold style , it was super heavy , shiny and very beautiful! I actually went to another wedding a few weeks ago and they also had also had gold flatware but it was cheap and flimsy... didn’t even come close to what we had! Not sure where they ordered from , but it definitely wasn’t luxury utensils. If you’re considering them, look no more, this is what you want!



I had a 400 person wedding and they delivered everything early and have been raving about it to all my engaged couples , you can’t beat their quality and honestly they’re half the price of everybody else!

It won’t let me upload a picture of my delivery so you can see how it all arrived , neatly stacked , and separated and super super shiny

I am so glad I found this thread! Has anyone used them in the last few months and has still had a great experience?

Just used them in October and shipping/returning was super easy! The only thing to watch out for is if you lose any pieces, it's $15 each! My caterers apparently misplaced 18 pieces so thats $270 extra!!
