Hi Tasha. I like the look of different centerpieces, highs and lows. I'd look at pictures of real weddings, or wedding websites for inspiration. Pinterest is just designers trying to sell their extravagant services. If going with your current vision, I'd eliminate the feathers from the flowers and place feathers in the tall, clear vase. I'd keep centerpieces lower than 20" and over 36" to not obstruct your guests view across the table. Two statement pieces per long table. I would suggest unifying all tables with votive candles.

You can also go for a minimalist, elegant look with bud vases holding single stem fresh flowers, interspersed with votives. This look may provide texture while still keeping it economical and romantic. Faux flowers are not necessarily economical, particularly if you have 30 tables. In terms of DIY transport and set-up, it may be easier to transport and assemble multiple low bud vases and cut flowers day of. If using larger centerpieces, assembly could be done in advance, but more difficult to transport in tact.
