Keep or Skip: Spotlight Dances?

Keeping! I can't wait for our first dance, although FH is super nervous. I'm excited for the dance with my dad too, and so is he. FH and his mom are on the fence. They're super nervous. I think that's all we're planning.

Keeping! First dance and father-daughter dance. FH is still on the fence about the mother-son dance.

For sure keeping first dance and father/daughter we are just not sure about mother/son yet!

Yes, we'll have a first dance and the parent dances (both parent dances at the same time).

We're keeping the first dance tradition. Directly after our reception entrance... seemed like the perfect time to do it. Plus we're dancing with our parents at the same time...

Keep. We’ll do a first dance. We’re combining father daughter and mother son dances into one song. And since I have two dads I’ll dance with my father first and then my step father for the second half of the song

Doing both we are having a country wedding so it’s been easy finding songs

I think we decided (just this morning) to skip the dances entirely. We have no desire to take dance lessons and thinking about our 80+ guests watch us sway back and forth for several minutes makes me cringe, haha. My dad will probably not want to do a father/daughter dance and neither will FMIL with FH.

Keep. It's one of those things that only takes a few minutes and I don't want to regret it later on in life.

I would love to skip out on these, but they are important to my fiancé so we are going to change it up a little and have our guests participate in them with us!

That is a give or take thing with me. And since husband to be has 2 left feet as he would put it I would skip it. But then again he would really try for me...
