Kailee p Wedding Shoes?

I got some. They will work for one night, but I am replacing the strap with elastic and ribbon because the straps are so low quality (not even the same length from one shoe to the other) that I don’t want to deal with them.

First off, I want to say that Kelly I'm really glad the shoe you ordered from them fits so well. They look beautiful on you. Also, I'm sorry to hijack this thread with my experience.

I just want to comment here in case someone stumbles across this thread wondering about this shop's shoes. I just had a horrible experience with them and want to put a word of warning out there.

I bought some flats and am absolutely disappointed. It's really shocking because the shop has so many good reviews on Etsy. Sure, the shoe I ordered (see below) is nice looking by itself, but whenever I walk or bend my foot (i.e. stand up towards your toes), even if just a little, the fabric folds outwards in a really unflattering way. It's not even like I have super narrow feet or anything. I contacted the shop and they just gave me canned responses—it's honestly incredibly frustrating since they don't seem to care.

Also, you can't receive a refund since they only accept exchanges or do store credit.

So, now I'm really upset because I'll have to wear such un unfitted shoe on my wedding... if you don't have a *typical* U.S. foot, I would stay away from either this product or store.

I ordered a pair of KaileeP shoes from Canada for 144 USD. When they arrived, the shoes were not at all my style and so I returned them. I had to pay 30 dollars to ship them back and on top of that I was only refunded 86.70 US. When I enquired, I was informed I had been charged a 15% restocking fee. So a huge waste of time and money. I would absolutely not recommend this business. I shop online constantly and I can’t recall such a disappointing customer service experience.
