That's really a question you and your FS should decide...do you like mountains or beach? What can you afford? How many guests?

    Way too broad a question

Happy to help but please be a little more specific. Such as, do you prefer beach, mountain, countryside? Would you prefer tropical or not? Travel within US or out of the country?

I think considering it is a Destination Wedding on a holiday , you're going to need to decide who will be there! It's a fairly popular time for people to have their own family gatherings etc....if you're going for a very small/immediate family & best friends only wedding and know they will use their holiday time to go to your wedding&events for it...then I agree with the others, the destination should be somewhere you and FS either love or have always wanted to go etc. Beaches are nice and so are mountains, but if you hate those? A Forrest? Castle? Mansion?

I'm getting married in a theatre in Niagara Falls, it's gorgeous and only a mile from the falls, but a large chunk of FH family lives only 2hrs away from there so it being a "destination" isn't so hard on our families.

Be more specific. Do you want a tropical island wedding like in Hawaii? In a winery in California? A fancy wedding in Italy? There are a lot of different options.

We're having our destination wedding in Delaware at the beach which we love. It is a destination for us and our guests. We live 5.5 hours away, and his family is 4, and some of my family even farther. Be considerate of where you choose your place to be as travel and accommodations cost much more for your guests rather than any other weekend.
