Jan-may 2022 Brides

I think it’ll be safe! Our wedding is April 2022 we are hoping we can have a normal ceremony / reception

Our original date was 10/2/21. We pushed our date back to 5/14/22 due to COVID concerns. I’m not nervous at all, I actually felt a sigh of relief and feel that 2022 will be the perfect year to get married. I’m feeling like COVID will be will under control by then.

There are times I’m nervous but I just learned there was no vaccine plan whatsoever in the last administration and there is at least a plan for this one. So I think once there is a plan and scheduling in motion we will be okay.

I am hoping for some kind of normalcy by then, but you never know. We are having a destination wedding with not many guests, so I am more concerned with travel.
I have a friend who is getting married this June and has quite a big invite list. I will be curious to see how it pans out.

I do have a bit of worry on the back of my mind for our Feb 22date next year but I’m hoping by then everyone will have a chance to get vaccinated if they choose to and we are only having 50 people total so I definitely plan on not wearing a mask by then.

I'm very nervous but mine is May 29, 2022, my fingers are definitely crossed.

Haven’t set a date yet but planning on May 2022. I originally wanted a big wedding but now leaning toward a destination / beach wedding to keep numbers down. Definitely still worried about planning!

Jan. 2022 bride here!

We're not too worried about our wedding! We started planning and booking last November, and our venue didn't have any restrictions in place as far as guest count etc. So I think we'll be fine (fingers crossed). We don't expect any issues arising before our wedding date, but will def. take precautions if need be.

It’s hard to even plan! My fiancé is British and isn’t even allowed back into the country, with no idea when the ban will be lifted. I also work medical COVId response. I’m hoping, but skeptical that by late April/early May 2022 we will have some sense of normalcy. I don’t even really feel like a bride right now.

I’m staying positive and praying that by May of 2022, we’ll be good to go. But I am being mindful in my planning, but planning like I will be able to have the wedding I want minus destination part 😉. I have older relatives that will not be comfortable traveling so decided to have it local.

Our wedding is 1/1/2022 and we're pretty confident about our 150 guests.

I am a little nervous for our May 20, 2022 wedding. We are only planning on 60 guests, so I’m hoping we’re okay, but my fiancé brought up yesterday now we may need to check with guests beforehand to make sure they’ve gotten the vaccine (which I am hoping will be readily available to everyone well before then).


More than the wedding itself I’m stressed about planning. It’s hard to feel excited about wedding dress shopping in these circumstances, and we don’t feel safe going to a catering tasting. Everything just feels so anticlimactic.

I’m getting married 4/24/22 and I’ve been so nervous to even start planning but lately feeling more optimistic! We booked our venue for 90 ppl but think I’m going to air on a few options in case we need to scale back. I think I’ll likely net out around 50-60 but have been wondering whether to include a virtual aspect anyway.
