I've had a clear vision for our wedding right from the start, and I've stuck to it - true or false?

False. All I knew was that I wanted to be his wife and I didn't care if we got married in the backyard during a barbeque. We're working on it together and I'm sure it will be nice.

False! I have changed my mind a trillion times. Finally I started just getting a few things so I would be stuck with them.

False. I was all over the place at first, but once I found the vision I really loved I've stuck with it.

True. I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted and the vibe we were going for. And that is how our wedding is turning out.

I’ve been pretty consistent with many things and everything. However, a few details have changed like the venue (were getting married at his parents house) and our cake and food idea. It seems to be getting solid though now.

False. I was sure we'd have a rustic wedding since it was fall, but as the plans came together the rustic/casual idea was way to expensive! Who need a more vintage glam wedding would be SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper!

Somewhat true. For the most part I've stuck to my original ideas of what I've wanted, but I have gone a completely different route with some things.

I had 80% of things planned and paid in a week, because I knew what I wanted and I rarely change my mind about things. I just had trouble with the table decor but have figured it out since.

True, I knew the venue I wanted, the colors, and had a general idea of how I wanted things to be. Ive only changed the 2 things but I didn't have a fissure plan on them anyhow.

Both. I had more of avibe and less of a vision for my may 2020 wedding, but then we had to move the wedding FORWARD to february, so had to throw that out of the window. Since I lost 3 months of time, I focused on a vision, and so far (with the exception of budget-related downsizing) I've stuck to it.

Semi true, I know how I want it, but I'm willing to try an alternative to any design choice.

    Somewhere in between?

    We had 3 goals:

    1. Be legally married by the end of the day.

    2. Give everyone a good meal.

    3. Have a sword fight.

(3.5. Have a dance together. DH hates dancing. This took work on my part.)

We also knew we wanted the colors/decor to be around our shared passions.

This helped us so much. We knew what we cared about and what we didn't, we knew what we wanted to reflect on the day, and it just made picking vendors and details so much easier. If we didn't remember it from someone else's wedding, we pretty much ignored it.
