Is anyone else a "Lazy Bride"?

I am a full time student (During fall/spring) and work 40hrs a week AND am planning our wedding. We got engaged last June and our wedding is September of 2012 so we gave our selves PLENTY of time to plan it. But when we started to plan it i realized Im not as excited about weddings as i thought i would be. When we went to met with vendors we hardly ever looked at more than one per category and just went with the first one we met with (lucky for us this worked out as we love all of our vendors) and im going to try on dresses (and i hate shopping normally) at the end of the month and im not really looking forward to it. I guess i wish i had the money to pay someone else to do all of this work lol

Any one else feel this way??

I was extremely lazy! It was a DW wedding, so I basically got emails from the planner and picked things out. I loved it, just get an email, pick a vendor, write a check done. We had conference calls with her about once a month on a Saturday morning and I hated that I had to get up and actually talk about the stupid wedding! Only thing I did was order invites, buy the dress and pick out my photographer. Luckily I don't have to be in control or need a perfect shade of pink etc., it may have drove someone else nuts to be so hands off.

For the most part, I have not enjoyed wedding planning at all. No one gives a crap about this wedding except me and FH and that has really taken the wind out my sails. For my vendors, I only contacted a few. Looked up reviews online and then hired them through e-mail. I'm not even doing any decorating. Just gonna let the venue take care of that.
