Heather

 Heather and Joshua went to the same high school all four years but never once ran into each other. It wasn't until a senior trip to Europe would their paths finally cross. Heather remembers the first time she saw Joshua when he was stuck on a subway in Rome, IT. She remembers thinking how funny and nice he must have been for staying with a fellow classmate who was also stuck. Having mutual friends on the trip it wasn't long before the two were introduced. They now had a small click of friends and did everything together the rest of their trip. When everyone came home in early July of 2006, Heather and Joshua, along with some other friends, decided to continue the friendship back home in Sacramento. They had dinners, game nights and camping trips all together. Although everyone in the group of friends were close, Heather and Joshua became even closer. A year after they met, they acknowledged that they had feelings for each other. They began to casually date the summer of 2007 and made their relationship official in March of 2008. With Joshua's acceptance to the University of California Riverside the summer of 2008, Heather and Joshua made the big jump to move down to Riverside, CA together. They created a small little life in Riverside with Heather working as a preschool teacher, and Joshua as an IT Analyst for Argosy University. On a trip home for Joshua's younger sister's graduation in June of 2010, Joshua asked Heather to marry him at a restaurant special to the couple. Heather of course said yes, and the two were engaged June 11th 2010. They decided on a September wedding in 2012 so the couple would have time to plan and prepare for their dream wedding. Soon after the engagement the couple decided to move back home to Sacramento to be closer to their families and friends and to have their help and support planning their special day. They are looking forward to their future and are happy it includes each other
