@tori I went to a wedding recently that was outside and around 47 and I wish I hadn't come, even with a coat. Please reconsider!

I wouldn't want to be at an outdoor ceremony in the dark, regardless. Have it inside.

It depends on were you and your gest are from. In Wisconsin 60 is shorts weather.

@Tori: Well, expect a lot of no-shows to the reception when people get pissed and just leave. Hell, I'd walk out of your ceremony mid-vows if I were one of your guests.

@OP: That's WAY too cold. We are in autumn, headed into winter. Your temps plus the timing, an outdoor ceremony just isn't appropriate. Don't be THAT bride and do that to your guests. It's something they'll never forget, and not in a good way.

Way too cold. You definitely want your guests comfortable. Inside weddings are just as beautiful

60 might be ok, but 50 and dark is a different story.

Personally, I'd be happy- I love the cool weather and I know I'm good at that temperature. I also know that most people are not good at those temps and would be very uncomfortable.

I get super pissy when im cold so I would have a bitchy af look on my face the entire time of the wedding.

I dont like anything below 73. ETA @tori I wouldnt go the minute I found out you were having an outdoor wedding at 47 degrees. IDGAF if you already paid. Thats SO rude of you to do to your guests.

Yes. I wouldn't have fun as a guest at that temperature.

@Tori and OP- if I got to your ceremony and found that it was under 78*F and not inside. I would leave, take the money out of my card and find a nice restaurant.

This is just stupid, I'm sorry. Stupid and selfish. It's a decision that completely cancels out all your pretty decor, the cute signs, the adorable favors and the great band. It's a decision that starts your wedding off with a group of cold, pissed off guests. Great, eh?

@Tori; bring jackets? I'd stay home.

If you truly don't want your guests to listen to one word of your ceremony, be pissed enough to maybe leave, be pissed enough to take their envelope and stick it back in their pocket, then go right ahead, but don't say you didn't get advice.
