  Have them on display over ice to keep from melting. And then you can go with whatever you love best. Be prepared for leftovers.

  Use dry ice, or your chocolates will be soaking in water
  
  
  I strongly recommend against chocolate, however. You don't want it melting in people's purses

  They have a version of dots that for the life of me I cannot remember. Flake bars and aero bars were my favorite chocolates but chocolate is highly likely to melt...
