I am thinking about putting an insert in with the invitations about us proceeding as normal right now but that we will be monitoring the situation and if we need to make changes we will let everyone know.
I need some help figuring out how to word this....
This is what I have: As of now we are proceeding as normal. But we are monitoring the ongoing situation and if need be will make a decision closer to July 11th. If we need to make changes we will let everyone know as soon as possible.
