Intimate wedding timeline

Hey everyone! My fiancé and I are getting married in June with a 50 person guest list. I’m not sure how to make a timeline so advice is greatly appreciated! I can’t decide if I want it to be more formal (with a cake cutting, first dance, etc) or if I just want it to be casual.

Currently this is my rough timeline4:00-5:00 first look/couple photos5:00-5:30 bridesmaid photos5:30-6:00 groomsmen photos6:15-6:45 ceremony6:45-7:15 family photos7:15 toasts/dinner8:15 donuts/cake8:30 first dance
Since there’s only 50 people and we will just be hanging out at a winery, I don’t know that anyone else would really dance. Thoughts on where else we could do a first dance so it doesn’t feel formal or weird?

I would ask your photographer about your timeline- our helped us figure it out.

Ask your vendors about putting a timeline together for you.

The timing doesn't make it formal or casual. Have the dance whenever you want.

Agreed you should talk to your photographer about timing for pictures. To me, that seems like a lot of time set aside for pictures. Also make sure you'll still have some sunlight at 7:15pm for family pictures. You'll probably want a bit more time between pictures and your ceremony start time so you can be sure your guests don't see you as they arrive. Are you having a DJ or someone introduce you as husband and wife before toasts and dinner? That's normally when I've seen the first dance done and I don't think it would be weird at a winery.
