I'm visually impaired how do i go about hiring someone for my wedding makeup and hair?

I'm not fully blind I still have a little vision, but I'm freaking out about hair and makeup for my wedding day. I don't wear makeup never have cause I can't put it on. And I just wear my hair in a simple French braid, but I do want to do something special for my wedding day. Has anyone especially visually impaired faced this and what did you do? Help!

You can research for local makeup artist and hairstylist in your area and see what they offer. Have someone with you that you trust to help research and find the right person for you. When you research them see if they have a profile that you can see their work along with prices and reviews. You can also try thumbtack.com. They will give you their profile, how they been in business, reviews etc. Good luck

Update.... So excited! I found a vendor a stylist who has worked on visually impaired brides! She was so understanding of my plight. And we talked for over an hour on the phone. She was great and her prices so reasonable I hired her on the spot. So as not to waste my trial run we're doing it on Valentines Day so I can see haha several options for my wedding day. Well my fiance Jean-Paul will and I'll have a sexy hair due for our date night also I'll get to meet my stylist for my wedding day. Lauren the owner of the shop was so great even said I could bring my guide dog 🦮 to the appointment. Some stylist don't like that so I always ask. But she was just the coolest 😎 oh can't wait now!
