Forgive me if I am wrong, but I am assuming you are looking for someone who understands sign language?

if you are interested, most counties have a program where a person can be deputized for one day to perform a wedding ceremony. If you have someone close to you that meets the needs of an officiant you could always ask
them to officiate.

The WeddingWire vendor directory lists a ton of officiants in California, however, it’s not possible to filter by sign language I’m afraid. You could reach out to a couple via their WeddingWire storefront and see if they can’t conduct a wedding in sign, do they have a recommendation of someone that could.
