If you are planning on getting slippers for wedding day, who all do you get them for?

I didn't buy slippers for everyone, though I did buy getting ready hoodies! I bought them for my bridesmaids, my mom, and my husband's mom. I didn't buy one for the flower girl.

I’ve honestly never heard of this being a thing, but I’d say to just base it on how much budget you have left and whether that person is going to be in the getting ready room.


I’d also recommend that they either be plain or if they are personalized, put the person’s actual name or initials on them. Things that say “bridesmaid” or “flower girl” are going to get thrown away after the wedding as the people no longer hold that title, and therefore don’t have use for that anymore. This also goes for any other customizable wedding party gifts like cups, wine glasses, PJs, bags, or jackets.

Just me lol with my first wedding I got my bridesmaids robes and my bridesman a t-shirt. No slippers though.

I value slippers and wear them everyday. We added plain slippers in our guest bags for all guests staying at our hotel. I found affordable 12 packs on Amazon that were good quality, non-slip, and individually wrapped (in white or navy): Foorame white. I agree with Erin, monograms are unnecessary.

I got slippers for myself, the bridesmaids, my mom, and my grandma (in addition to all the other getting ready stuff). My MIL didn't want to be included in the getting ready outfits, but I would have otherwise gotten her a pair since she got her hair and makeup done with us.
