Ideas for Bridesmaid Flip Flops?

I bought some black flip flops at Hobby Lobby for all of the ladies in my wedding party. I want to decorate them somehow, and give them as part of their gift so that they can wear them at the Reception if they choose to (instead of being in heels all night). I have searched on Pinterest, but maybe I'm not using the correct key words to find what I'm looking for. I need ideas on how to inexpensively decorate these flip flops. Attached is a picture of what I bought to help visualize....oh, and also attached is a picture of their dresses

What about making them fabric flip flops? Here's a picture of ones I made for my girls, you can probably find fat quarters at Walmart in a red (or buy red fabric from Joann) to match the dresses. Super easy to do, if you're interested, I'll find the tutorial!

These were just gifts, not for the wedding, BTW. We're FL girls, though, so flip flops are year round foot wear.

This was my plan as well. I'm thinking of buying little diamond studs and blinging them out and maybe adding their names on the side.
