I need a liquor license in COLORADO

yazyth, on September 16, 2013 at 4:51 PM Posted in Planning 0 6

My venue wants liability and liquor liability for the wedding I am having a hard time finding an affordable one day license that is not $300. Have any of you had some luck finding cheaper licenses?

You're saying a license or insurance? I have never heard of a liability license.

Talk to whomever insures your house or does your renter's insurance, they can typically name the venue as an additional insured for a one-day rider. Also try WedSafe, they do liquor liability policies in some states that are separate from their comprehensive wedding insurance policies.

Where are you getting married? If it is a professional venue they should be providing the insurance. Usually who ever is serving the alcohol holds the liability for the insurance. If you are having a bartender whoever is providing should be providing the insurance
