i need a good Wedding Planner any suggestions?

Have you checked Facebook groups for local weddings? I found a couple of my vendors that way! Search Facebook for "[city/area name] Weddings" or "[city/area name] Brides", and put a post with your wedding date, budget, and specific services that you're looking for, and you'll likely get responses from local vendors who are available and/or recommendations from brides on who they booked for their weddings.

View Quoted Comment Maybe check out other areas in your state? You might have to pay travel fees, but it could be worth it for the right person! Your venue might also have a "preferred vendors" list, which might have additional planners on it who you haven't yet spoken to!

What specifically is lacking in the wedding planners you have looked at and talked to so far?

Honestly your best bet is to browse the wedding vendors in your city on Instagram. Do a search of “yourcityweddingcoorsinator” or fill in the blank vendor. That is how many businesses have resorted in the current times to reaching out to the public. Unless you want to be a guest at your own wedding, a month of coordinator is less expensive and ties up all the loose ends for you and you get to pick the vendors you want.

My partial planner was out of state. We had Zoom and phone meetings and he flew in for venue tastings, etc. We paid extra for travel fees etc. If you are in the east coast, I can refer you. He was great and very committed.

The vendors in my area are not worth me giving them my money. They scam people out of their money and then refuse to give it back when they cancel on you.
